My holistic approach to health and wellness encompasses the “whole person,” which means that I recognize optimal healing is only as successful as the sum of the many parts of our existence. Juicing 101

 Juicing is the process of extracting liquid juice from fresh fruits and vegetables, allowing the body to absorb nutrients quickly and efficiently since the fiber-rich whole form has been removed. The resulting juice is packed with vitamins, minerals, phytonutrients, and powerful antioxidants. Antioxidants help protect the body by neutralizing free radicals—unstable molecules that can cause cellular damage and contribute to diseases including  inflammation, cardiovascular disease, cancer, autoimmune disorders, and other degenerative illnesses.

"Nourish'ed" Anti-Inflammatory Smoothie Reset

 Anti-inflammatory smoothies are rich in vitamins, minerals, phytonutrients, and antioxidants that help neutralize free radicals and reduce inflammation linked to chronic disease. Unlike juicing, smoothies retain the whole fruit and vegetable, including fiber, which supports digestion, blood sugar balance, and overall gut health.
